1. Time War fic . Includes the Could-Have-Been King, one hypothesis about the Woman in White from EoT, and an Eddie Izzard reference. Surreal and awesome.
2. "Whoa, time lords are pretty kinky". An essay on NuWho Time Lords and their issues with power and control. Makes a pretty good case for the Master actually being a perfectly normal Time Lord in many respects, and the Doctor being the weird one.
3. A Doctor/Master vid to "Bad Romance" by Lady Gaga. Because some fanvids just write themselves.



1. The Ciaphas Cain/Amberley Vail cosplayers. Awesome.
2. The Doctor deals with the God Emperor of Mankind. Featuring an appealing conspiracy theory about the Horus Heresy.
3. A fairly interesting Star Trek TNG/40K crossover. Only works by toning down the xenocidal purity-obsessed fanatic level of the Imperium quite a bit. Frankly, otherwise you'd have Picard thinking "Mon Dieu, so there is such a thing as a fate worse than extinction. Come back Borg Queen, all is forgiven."
4. 40K Caramelldansen. It is upsetting.



1. BEST CROSSOVER EVER. Sherlock Holmes/House of Leaves. It is complicated and multilevelled and metatextual, and has no less than three unreliable narrators. This is what postmodernism is meant to be like.
2. A Sam/Gene vid to Matt Nathanson's cover of "Laid" by James. Speaking of fanvids that write themselves...
3. A George/Nina vid to "Howl" by Florence and the Machine. I knew that song was calling out for this vid.
4. Another Being Human vid to a Florence and the Machine song, in this case "Blinding".
5. My results from the "What Fan Fic Writer Are You?" quiz. I reckon they're pretty accurate, actually.

Also, the DW/Warhammer 40k crossover was splendid. It gave me a wonderful shiver at the point where one is told the real purpose for which the psykers are... processed...
