So many things were horribly overplayed. The knock. When it finally happened it was perfect, the timing, the reaction, gorgeous, then it happened again and again and totally killed the scene. Give us some credit Rusty, you actually got foreshadowing right, just once, give us credit that we can spot it without a sledgehammer.
